This is her bouncy seat, which we also refer to as "visiting the puppy". She has long drawn out conversations with said puppy. I love that she is becoming more aware of the world and content to explore on her own, at least for a long enough period of time that I can shower or cook. She also has a set of fish that she talks to. It's a play mat though.

Here she is in her pretty easter dress. The hat doesn't fit too well. But that's ok. Thanks Grandma!
And here is our Easter photo. I tried to do it outside, in the tradition of Grandpa J, but a) we don't have a pretty outside to our house and b) the nicest place had shade and sun, so it looked funny. And yes, she is crying. She was hungry, but there was no way we were going to be able to stay looking nice long enough to feed her. So it works.
