My ABCs

A - Attached or Single? Attached very firmlyB- Best Friend? Alann. Then Shannon. I have unfortunately lost touch with most of my friends from college and high school.
C- Cake or Pie? Brownies or cookies. I am not really a cake or pie person, unless said cake has milk on it.
D- Day of Choice? I don’t really like most of them. Monday through Friday I am working. Saturday is spent running errands and buying groceries. I guess Sunday is my favorite, but I liked the early church schedule better because I could cook. Now we are in church from 12:30-3:30 which really limits the amount of cooking I can do.
E- Essential Item? Eye drops (I have really sensitive/ dry eyes), wedding ring- I feel super weird without it. I have been known to go back in the house to get it even when running 15 minutes late.
F- Favorite Color? I buy a lot of blue clothes. I am also turning towards pink. I can’t say there are any I really don’t like, except I cannot wear black because of the mutts.
G- Gummy Bears or Worms? Bears, because by the time I am done with 2 worms, the oiliness gets to me and I have to stop, even if I still want more.
H-Hometown? Phoenix, AZ- Valley of the Sun
I- Favorite Indulgence? Painting my toes, Leatherby’s brownie and ice cream, New York and Co clothes.
J- January or July? They are about the same. At least in July I can tend my garden. January is so cold I abhor leaving the house.
K- Kids? 3- very furry. 2 mutts, 1 cat (the cat is adopted.)
L- Life isn't complete without? Something to do
M- Marriage date? 12/2/04
N- Number of brothers and sisters? 2 sisters, no brothers. Unless we are counting in laws. In which case, 2 sisters, 1 sis in law, 1 brother in law in law (married to my sis in law), 1 brother in law, and 1 almost sis in law in law (Craig is engaged)
O- Oranges or Apples? It depends on my mood. I like them both, but I only like fruit if it is room-temp. I can’t eat it straight out of the fridge. Something about the combination of cold and sweet juicy goodness makes my teeth hurt!
P- Phobias and Fears? I have a fear of heights and edges of heights, and a fear of water, which is really a fear of falling off a boat or somehow ending up in water without means of being saved. (Standing by the railing on our cruise ship took a lot of nerve the first few times.) Also, a slight fear of things being in the dark and jumping out at me (too many scary movies as a kid).
Q- Quote? I’m not a quote-remembering person. I love quotes, and I love to take them out of books and such and write them down, but I can’t seem to commit them to memory. The one I remember most my friend told me about 10 years ago, and he refused to take credit. “Courage is not having the strength to go on, but to go on when you don’t have the strength.”
R- Reason to smile? I’m a genius.
S- Season of choice? Spring. I love watching things grow and pop their little heads up out of the ground.
T- Tag three people? I don’t know who would do it. Alann, Ginny, and Dan are the only other people I know with Blogs. (Shannon tagged me).
U- Unknown fact about me? I was in dance as a child. Yes, I used to be coordinated. I also almost danced off the front of the stage. Now I just run into things and get unexplained bruises everywhere.
V- Vegetable? I like lots of things- carrots, potatoes (ok not a true veggie, it’s a starch), radishes, lettuces, green onions, celery, spaghetti squash, pumpkins, salsa (yes, it’s a veggie), broccoli is one of my favs, especially out of the garden, cucumbers, corn, beets- okay, anything I can grow, I like. I do NOT like frozen green beans (they squeak, it’s disturbing), zucchini is ok in bread or muffins but not as a side dish (too mushy, ick), and raw tomatoes, unless they are in salsa (or Sister Mosher is standing in front of me expecting me to eat and love one of her tomatoes. What is it about old women that you just can’t let them down?)W- Worst Habit? Starting a project and then not finishing it
X-ray or Ultrasound? I don’t really have any experience with either.
Y- Your favorite food? Pasta. I could eat nothing but pasta and be perfectly happy (and seriously overweight).
Z- Zodiac Sign? Libra- the balanced but crazy one.

Yay! I love it. My favorite is your green bean phobia. :) I'll be sure to remember that.
